Can anybody assist with the ID of tis PERFIN An older Scott Cat 2002 lists this as possibly #161 or it could be the later issue of 1924 being that it has a 1930 postmark. I cannot confirm a watermark.
I am more interested in the PERFIN ID.

Yes, this is a Legal & General Assurance Society Ltd die.

The stamp appears to be from the 1924 issue with the block cypher watermark.
