I could not find any listing for this as perforated in any of my reference material. Anyone seen it before? Minimal value but a curiosity.
Also if anyone can offer up suggestions as to why the Irfan images are coming out so poorly I would really like to fix it. It is perfect before processing but is too large to post otherwise.

1937-1945 newspaper stamp.Lowest denomination in the set.

I'm sure it's a private perforation even though there's no note in Scott. Scott does note private perfs on the 1918-20 issues of newspaper stamps, and I have some of those although I've never seen any for the 1937 issue that you have. For some reason, there appears to be a tradition of private perfs for newspaper stamps from this area. You'll also find them on newspaper stamps of the Austrian Empire, which encompassed what is now the Czech Republic.
