They're both cinderellas or donation stamps. The Schwestern Maria one is from a recurring set of Christmas donation stamps, and the Johanniter one is associated with the 60th anniversary of Die Johanniter.

Probably sometime in the 1990s or early 2000s. The Schwestern Maria appear to be a group of nuns that care for orphans in the Philippines, Mexico, Guatemala, Brazil, Honduras, South Korea, and Tanzania.
