Well I made it though identification of a couple hundred various *N* and *NB* German war period stamps and this is the only one that I could not identify here, Scott or online. Any help greatly appreciated.

Post WWII ,LOCAL stamp issue by the city PLAUEN in Saxony , Soviet Zone Germany .
