You might try sending Walsall Security Printers or the parent company International Security Printers (Walsall, Cartor and Courvoisier) an email asking whether they could supply a photograph of one. They print most of the UK stamps and booklets. Stamp sheets have rouletted backing paper, many panes from prestige stamp books have some type of rouletting to facilitate separations of stamp panes from the booklets, etc.. They, therefore, should have a rouletting device in service.

As for perforations: they exist I several types. There are line perforators and comb perforators. Apparently, some Soviet Union stamps exists with both types of perforation. The 1924 issue of the UK's Empire Exhibition stamps SG 430/431 exist with both type of perforations.

Rotary perforators come in different types as well.
