I have linked the ebay listing. The EAS is an identifier the seller uses for his listings and has no philatelic meaning. The seller is using "IMP" to signify this as an imprint single. Not a standard definition by any means. IMP can mean imperf or imperforate many times as well. I also note that the seller is referencing the Harris catalog for value assignment which is pretty rare to see.

Looking at the listing it would appear he is trying to describe the BEP imprint. Have no idea what he means by EAS.

He has EAS on every listing, so it must be something he is using for himself. As stated above, it has no philatelic meaning.

Thanks for the quick replies. I don't feel as dumb as I did earlier today. Thanks again.

A collecting field I know nothing about but I looked at it out of curiosity. What struck me was the additional charges

The current bid is only $1.25 -

I have come across this " Global Shipping Programme" before and those addition costs have always prevented me from buying from that seller. I assume that for some items - not stamps?- it works.

I wonder if the level of "import charges" also reflects the abandonment of Low Value Consignment Relief on goods under £15?
