I am unable to find anything about this Theodor Heuss prestamped postage from 1954. I see it is the same as Scott # 708 but on a post card. Thanks for any info.

It seems like a part of a postcard, like in this auction:

Scott doesn't list Postal Cards or Postal Stationery for anything other than the USA. You are better off with the local catalogs for those.

There were several varieties of postal stationery that used this design. With such a small piece, it's impossible to say exactly what the catalog number is in Michel.

Without seeing the whole postcard it is impossible to tell you what the Michel catalogue number is. However, based on the large margin on top I would take a guess that it came from a Michel P26 postal card. These were issued in 1955 which also agrees with the post mark.

There are at least 7 different postal cards having the 10pf Heuss large head design.
