These are issues for Shanghai and Nanjing issued in 1944. They are listed in Scott as 9N105-106. The map on the design shows the old foreign concessions in Shanghai, and the stamps were issued on the first anniversary of the return of those concessions by the foreign governments.

And just to clarify, in case there's a question, the top one (blue) is right-side up and the bottom one (orang-ish) is upside-down.

And I agree with Rodney, those are nice scans.
