I'm still new to this. Pls forgive my callow questions.

Found this one tagged but none of the others in the set, Russia 3414-3418, are tagged. I've got the 2021 Scott Volume 5 Russia Catlogue and there isn't a subcategory for a tagged variety. Does the UV tag affect the value?

I would hazard a guess that it doesn't make a difference to the catalogue value of this stamp, which is inexpensive anyway. There's nothing in SG, nor in any of the on-line Russian catalogues. If there was any variation in the tags (position, size, fluorescence colour) then you are getting into a nice sub-category for collecting but as far as I am aware his isn't the case.
