Uprated Greek Postal Card-What Town In Egypt Is It Addressed To?

I've had no luck in tracking down the town in Egypte that this Greek postal card is addressed to. Any info on the card, the address, the postal markings and possibly a translation of the message side of the card would be great.

Egyptian censor markings. 1) black double circle and 2) triangular violet handstamps with the numeral 13 inside.

I believe the address is Mazarite or Mazarita http://archive.diarna.org/site/detail/public/1181/ a neighborhood of Alexandria.
I found Mazarite (Alexandria) only in this italian site http://www.istitutoeuroarabo.it/DM/...alessandria/
