Below are two of several covers I purchased at the Ramsey Dec. 18 sale of US-Germany covers. The covers I purchased have either a Kentucky or a CSA connection and that is why I bought them as I have little knowledge about US-Germany mails; therefore, the covers will speak for themselves.

The first has a Louisville, Kentucky CDS

This one originated in Paris, Bourbon County, Kentucky, which is adjacent to Lexington, Kentucky, and was addressed to Florence, Italy. I need to find out more about this Paris, Ky., Florence, Italy connection.

Have a nice weekend.

Nice covers, congrats.

That sale was fantastic. Mails to the German states are very complicated, and this sale is a good reference.
