Don,

The extent of the suppot is really one question — are you running CSS injection? If yes, turn it off. If no, now we'll talk!

Luckily it takes a pretty advanced user to know this exists, and to be able to come up with the correct CSS to even get started. Judging by the number of reviews on these plugins, there aren't many folks using them.

Respectfully disagree, this is one more question on top of dozens of other questions! And the users that I now support, which are largely stamp collectors, typically have no idea what a plugin is. You are like me, you're too close to the technology!
Don

Edit;
For example, this page is for our upcoming club Zoom auction this weekend.
https://stampsmarter.org/AuctionFil...SC_List.aspx
The page shown in the link is derived form an online input form which allows club members to upload their own high resolution (no size limit) images and automatically builds a linked thumbnail based upon the width of the image. Works great as long as the user has cropped their images but the issue is that the majority of users do not crop their images. So I am left with doing one of two things, either I spend a lot of time cropping their images for them or I invest a LOT of time training and teaching people how to use one of one thousand different graphics apps that they might have installed on whatever device they are using. Now multiple this time suck many times; I have given this online auction code to many different clubs and organizations and am also hosting it all for them.

"The problem with forcing the image to scale is that many users uploaded stamp images without cropping them. Sure, you will see the entire image but the stamp will be a tiny, unrecognizable dot in the middle of the image"

So those of us who supply properly cropped images are penalized.

Postmaster - just followed your steps (minor tweak - step 2 instead of "Install" it was some other similar word like "Add" - I've already forgotten) and it worked. Thank you so much.
