It was issued in sheetlets of 10,and the text means "40 years serving children".That's all I know

Going by the web address, by UNICEF in Greece.

The frustrating thing is, these concerns do not publish any information on their charity raising seals.
Not that I could find anyways.

UNICEF are not the only ones either.

I havent yet had any of these charity seals by UNICEF or any other organisation.
Dont really see the point in them, as most of the countries issue UNICEF edition stamps and stickers work better as seals

I have world refugee seals, of unknown etc

The thing is for "world wide collectors", when you get a stamp or a seal, you want a catalogue that lists it

The Bird Bear Press of Canadian Cinderellas is a Fabulous example of what can be achieved.

Its kind of strange that it has , what I guess is, a phone number printed on it.
On the other hand 1986. was year of extreme famine on african continent that mobilised the rest of the world in order to help. It may have been printed in order to boost local response or control the distibution of aid packages
