Giveaway - Italian Social Republic

I'm going to be giving away a few odd items over the next months. This one is from the Italian Social Republic (found in Scott after Italy). The short write-up in Scott is, "On Sept 15, 1943, Mussolini proclaimed the establishment of a Republican fascist party and a new fascist government."
