You must translate otherwise you will be lost. The genuine is on the right.
This site below is interesting and only by translating can be understood. The home page is the tiny blue character bottom right.*
It compares genuine vs forgery...

Thank you very much! Now it is clear why 1 sen is fake. It remains to deal now with 4 sen.
But in any case, for 20 cents (0.2 dollars), is this a good acquisition?))

Thank you very much for the answer! But I still have questions. I understand why stamp 1 sen is fake. But why is 4 sen fake? I haven't found any signs yet.

There were several different forgers of early japanese stamps. They are all different. What you have is from one of these forgers. It was a good buy and can be used for reference.
Someone may be able to identify the forger in question.

The main indication is the top line (red) should join the 2 top corner dots and stay on the top frame as in the genuine stamp at left.
Another thing is the rectangular numeral 4 at either side should be slightly rounded at their topside and or bottom only.
Also the lines are not precise over all.

You don't need lines and measurements to see that the right stamp is a very crude forgery. Every design element is a mess. A lot of forgeries will be much better executed and need a keen eye along with experience.

I beg to differ since a sheet of these had 40 subjects/stamps, all individually engraved/etched and different enough from one another. References like the JSDA CD-ROM give very useful general characteristics to separate genuine from forgeries.

You may be experienced enough with these issues but for someone not knowing the specific genuine characteristics (there are more than what perf 12 shows), these issues are a minefield without proper references. Proper confirmation as genuine comes by plating a stamp against a stamp in photos of the genuine full sheets. I believe there was only one plate for this particular stamp.
