Is it genuine Hamburg, or a fake? The watermark of the wave is visible (the watermark is poorly visible, but seems to be visible?)
Who thinks about this stamp?

Your stamp appears to have all the characteristics of a genuine copy.

The book "Vade-mecum ..." by Serrane shows the signs that confirm that the stamp is genuine.
I'm not a specialist but my opinion is genuine.

The stamps are dirty with thick paper stickers. even if they have watermarks, it is not possible to see them. What do you think of them?

All three are forgeries. The 1 1/4 Schilling stamps have thin lines separating the stamps; on the genuine they are thick. The 2 1/2 Schilling is the wrong color; the genuine have a blue-green color.

All right, thank you. That is, all three stamps can be safely marked in the album as an example of fakes?
I gave sixty cents for all three stamps)).
