Hello dear wizards - my next question would be regarding old stamps from Bavaria. I noticed a lot of these that I own have various postmark errors and I was wondering if that becomes anything of value? For instance - an inverted postmark and also signs of 2 postmarks on one stamp etc..Or does it even matter?

Thanks!

Several postmarks on one stamp is not out of the ordinary. In fact, in Germany it was encouraged/supposed to be done on large stamps to discourage re-use by piecing together of cancelled stamps.

inverted dates are a curiosity, and draw interest from some collectors, but they don't really add value, in my opinion.

How did you come to that conclusion? The only readable part states 5-6 PM and what looks like a year.

Well spotted. It, indeed, looks like an inverted "DEZ."

An upside down postmark is common. If portions of the text in the postmark are upside down that is more interesting but typically have no premium value.
