Pretty stamp but it needs a cleaning
Soak it in warm water, and a lot of the accumulated crud will come off
It will also loose the hinge. Then press it. I use clean paper and a weight, some of those creases will be ameliorated. When I see a stamp like that it takes me back to the time when I collected the same.
