US Franklin Green 1 Cent NY Precancel - Value?

Hi, I got this green 1 cent Franklin with a precancel from New York. I could not find a 100% match anywhere to say anything about its value, so please help if you can. The horizontal imperf and precancel wording suggest this might be the 'boy scout' version, but the precancel printing style resembles a lot the Kansas City precancels that are all over the internet. The vertical perf is 10, by the way.

Your stamp is from a standard coil or roll of stamps, Scott #597. The precancel was applied by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. Precancel Stamp Society type 43. Extremely common.

The "boy scout coil" has a different president, different design, different printing method, and different perforations - it is a 1 cent green stamp however.
