Hi all! I was browsing through the cat., looking something up and get more informed on things. Then I came across this note. What is meant by that? What kind of tolerance/variation is allowed in those measurements?

I got looking around for more information about those measurements and it leads me to ask another question. EXAMPLE..... Lets say a stamp with the A155 design and it is perf 11. I pick this design since I have seen a lot of "Is this a 594/596 in the searches. In the snipped image, from Stamp Smarter, below I highlighted the design sizes. Lets say that your stamp's measurements are 19.5 wide. That is .50mm greater than the 18.5-19mm of the 552, but it is .25mm shorter than what is required of the 594. Does anyone have any idea how much of a tolerance is allowed on the measurements? I am just trying to not make this harder than it needs to be. I thank you in advance.
