The yellow one is a color changeling of the orange one. The orange ones are prone to color changes under certain environmental conditions or exposure to certain chemicals.
This stamp has a wide range of tones. The catalog notes tones from yellowish orange to reddish orange and a footnote states that tonal variations are known (for all values of this issue of stamps). Here is an image I posted once before:
