I did. The link to the PF shows cert 448092, which shows a left margin. There are also multiples where the left stamp with the plate number has perforations on the left, which means they had to be attached to something at some point.

Cert 448092 shows a joint line and the margin of the next stamp to the left. It is not actually selvage, Sorry.

Hi all, after using a Precision U.S Specialty Multi Gauge I can confirm (in the flesh so to speak) that it is indeed 11 x 10.5 which is a really terrible error on my part. Apologies, and thank you for all of your input, I still would like to identify these.

Thanks rogdcam, after looking at the circle and the line separating the scroll, I can see Type I features (although I cant seem to grasp the features of Type II three hairs on the forehead though). Have uploaded high res cropped image for those who are interested. Never the less I still like the cover, which are indeed 634's.
