I was unable to attend the 4th Lang's sale by Kelleher, but am curious about how it went. Looking at the realized prices, looks like the estimates were consistently over. The 70+ passed lots also makes me wonder about either the quality of the material or general interest. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I can't speak for the auction as a whole. But I found two lots that I really wanted ... and four other lots that I was willing to bid on. I won 4 of the 6 and 1 of the 2 that I was really after. The one that I wanted the most went at the top of the expected bid range. I was a bid increment too low. Of the 4 lots that I won, 2 went at the bottom of the expected bid range and 2 landed in the middle. The two that I missed on went either at or an increment above the expected range.
