This appears to me to be a crude forgery with the watermark applied on top of the gum but would appreciate comments. Also not sure why scan image is slightly fuzzy

From this scan it looks like a genuine stamp that is toned and has lived a very hard life.

As Rev states, the scans are not clear enough to be very helpful. I would add that the stamp is almost certainly regummed. Need higher resolution scans.
