Any Clubs Or Orgs That Have Been A Big Influence On The Issuance Of A Stamp?

Haven't seen a listing and stories behind stamp clubs, groups of collectors, pro orgs, and individuals that did indeed bring about the issuance of postage that served a purpose for different countries.

Here's a item that was issued by India C7 with the Lockheed stamp club Burbank Ca as the idea and 'push' to showcase a Lockheed product.

This item is 3.5 X 4.5 in lightweight gold foil label delicate to handle.

There are letters and correspondence with the Gov of India and the Burbank stamp club.
