Hello,

can someone help me with this stamp?

The paper is very hard, it seems to be a cardboard/carton.

Is there a Scott number and what do you think about the price?

That design is listed in Unsander, but Larry Lyons lists it as a counterfeit in his Pricing Guide to carrier and local fakes and forgeries.

add on - I have a copy of that "specimen" that I bought from another collector of carrier and local fakes and forgeries - I paid $10.
