Came in a recent purchase of worldwide - looks to me like the broken O variety of the overprint (position 31). Scott however doesn't give a value beyond the $5.50 for the ordinary one used (non postally).
Would appreciate help on relative value, as I don't have US specialized for reference & planning on selling, and couldn't find an equivalent for sale in
ebay or Hipstamp.
