I have these two stamps and the one on the right has an error on its perforation holes it must of been misaligned and corrected or something. my question is does this add to my stamps value?
But from the double perf, it is likely Scott 32. Scroll down to "perforation flaws": http://www.hawaiianstamps.com/bank_nbns32.html So this is not a rare problem with this stamp, and most likely there is just a small premium for this.
