5 C Hawaii Stamp With Flaw

I have these two stamps and the one on the right has an error on its perforation holes it must of been misaligned and corrected or something. my question is does this add to my stamps value?

First, it's hard to tell from the size of the scan if this is Scott 32 or Scott 52C; it isn't Scott 39. See:

But from the double perf, it is likely Scott 32. Scroll down to "perforation flaws":

So this is not a rare problem with this stamp, and most likely there is just a small premium for this.
