got another one here that seems unlikely?
it looks like a TYP-B1 1885 cercle avec tiretes+deux cercles plein used in dec of 1905
the E in dec, looks like the one in the 20c brique sur vert Sage type II dentelé(n°96) example
(that can't be right) im missing something....again
(having trouble making out the names (moncerey best so far) and the H tes_ on the bottom I think?

My guess would be CHARENTE INFERIEURE (CHARENTE INFre)
Before it became CHARENTE MARITIMES in 1941
