Hi everyone, we are trying to identify the attached stamp.

There is some concensus that it is Bulgarian and a local fundraising stamp, but have not been able to confirm it.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Possibly a fund raising stamp re Veliko T#259;rnovo in north central
Bulgaria. Image may be the historic Stambolov bridge.

The seller is from Bulgaria and I am inclined to trust him.
Maybe the funds were intended for the reconstruction of the Ascension Cathedral.
