Here is the 110 yen value (Sc #2499) from Japan's October 6, 1995 three-stamp set commemorating International Letter Writing Week. Stamp depicts a detail from a panel of a folding screen showing three people playing battledore and shuttlecock, an ancient form of badminton.

Here is "La Baie des Anges" (1963),directed by Jacques Demy (1931-1990),starring Jeanne Moreau (1928-2017) and Claude Mann

This 500 rupiah stamp (Sc #1438) of Indonesia was issued on July 23, 1990 to commemorate National Children's Day.

Interestingly, there are 2 horizontal rows of tagging in the form of inscribed pentagons on the front of this stamp and also fluorescent fibers in the stamp paper. Scanning and photo editing brought this to my attention.

The Olsen Gang is a Danish comedy film series created by Danish director Erik Balling and special effects expert Henning Bahs about the eponymous fictional criminal gang. The gang's leader is the criminal genius and habitual offender Egon Olsen and his accomplices are Benny and Kjeld. The gang members are harmless, extremely rarely target ordinary citizens, and never use violence. The first film came in 1968; during the next thirty years a total of fourteen films were made.

On November 13, 1978 Japan issued this 80 yen stamp (Sc #Z260) for Wakayama prefecture. Stamp shows a modern artist's rendering of three pilgrims on 'The Old Path for Kumano'.

Here is Austria's October 24, 1980 2.50 schilling stamp (Mi #1659) commemorating the 25th anniversary of Austrian Armed Forces. Stylized silhouettes of three soldiers and the red and white 'Bundesheer' insignia are shown on the stamp.

This January 20, 1993 one renminbi yuan value (Sc #2432) of the People's Republic of China is from the set of two stamps commemorating the birth centenary of Soong Ch'ing-ling, or Song Qingling (1893-1981). The two children appear to be an artist's conception, spliced into the portrait of Soong. Also, the face of the little girl appears that of a young woman

On April 30,1993 People's Republic of China issued a two-stamp set featuring the board game Weiqi, or Go. The 20 renminbi value (Sc #2436) of the set, shown here, depicts a painting of two Weiqi players and an observer.
