That stamp exists with sideways watermark from rolls of stamps for sideways delivery coils (SG 462a) and with inverted watermark from booklets (SG 462wi).

The straight trimming at the top suggests you may have a booklet stamp; the inverted watermark confirms it. The perfs may get trimmed off completely, with lowered value to a collector, or might even have complete perf holes. It all depends on how the assembled booklets with their covers and interleavings were cut apart.
