This Canada 1988 stamp commemorates the first Electron microscope built in Canada at the University of Toronto in 1938.

This Sweden 1988 stamp depicts Dr. Aaron Klug (1926-2018) and a crystallographic electron microscope for studying complex biological molecules.

This serie depicts the the technological progress of east Germany, after the war. The stamp shows a microscope designed to inspect eletronic circuit boards. There is a white shade over the illustration. I believe is some error in the impression.

Here is the 35c value (SG #1260) from New Zealand's February 3, 1982 "Anniversaries" set of 5 stamps. A stereoscopic microscope equipped for photomicrography can be seen on this stamp commemorating the UN's International Year of Science.

Venda was a Bantustan in northern South Africa. The United Nations and international community refused to recognise Venda (or any other Bantustan) as an independent state.

The stamp shows a classroom for nurses, where we see students using a microscope.
