I have emailed three dealers in Europe in Germany and Austria who carry Schaubek albums. All replied and now I am awaiting follow up replies, nothing almost a week. I know I need to be patient but why?
All I need is quotes and availability info. Anyone else know of dealers anywhere carrying these?

Note that I recently purchased some glassines from IHobb. I sent in an inquiry about what brand they offered via their web form. I got no reply. When I called on the phone I got an immediate response and very fast delivery.

Hopefully, a "return to normal" is not too far off in the future. I am sure the sellers are just as miffed as the buyers, presently.

Stamps1962... Your timing is not good on this one. April 2-5 are public holidays in Germany and many people reduce their working hours in the days before. Not realistic to expect a reply earlier than April 7. |

Yep, you're right. Europe shuts down over Easter, bad timing. I put out a lot of contacts and hopefully someone will respond. |

Today already was a semi-holiday in mainly Catholic regions. A main EU institutions located in Germany already closed for Whitsunday. |

Stamps, have you tried Schaubek in Germany direct as they will sell to you direct and have a website listing all their products.
They are probably not too fast in replying to emails due to Covid and of course the long weekend. |

I sort of stopped using the Schaubek site. Last two orders got into difficulty because they had incomplete addresses; first one went back, second one got here, barely. They also ship using DHL which is not ideal. I may need to go back there but its not my first choice. |
