Easy. The dirty little secret of the pandemic is that a large percentage of workers are far less productive when working at home. Like 60% to 40% as productive. And there have been millions of layoffs, so far fewer reps to respond to things.
rogdcam, I think they are not even in their work locations. It's Easter so to heck with that for now.
Anticipating a reply or so next week. If not, it's back to Schaubek. I'd bet other shipments came back during that time; someone there just didn't have a clue about how addresses look.
