Paraguay forgeries on Steiner pages .
It is easy to look at that green stamp above and know it was a second or third generation forgery.
Here are forgeries of the first stamps of Paraguay ,notice the big difference in quality of the printing . It is not hard to see someone was not trying to fake a experience collector but someone trying to fill a hole in a album .
