I have figured out how to reply to a topic, i.e., all of the respondents en masse, but how do I reply to an individual respondent? Thanks,

Use the "quote" insert, (icon with page and red arrow, 2nd to last on the Format line above the text box you type in.
Click the icon, copy the comment you want to respond to and paste it between the " marks.

Or just type [qu0te] before and [/qu0te] using the letter "o" not the number"0" like I did.

So here I type the word
Quote:
and then paste the text I am quoting, "I have figured out how to reply to a topic, i.e., all of the respondents en masse, but how do I reply to an individual respondent? Thanks," followed by typing the q-word which will not now show
and then I am done.

You can also refer to whom you are replying by "@APS-ISWSC Member"

@APS-ISWSC Member So here I type the word

Re little river phil "use the quote insert ... above the text box you type in" ... which text box - initial post above?, quick reply below? I don't see "icon with page and red arrow" above either box ...

Re Parcelpostguy If I were trying to reply and typed "username" where would I type it? In the quick reply box? Other?

Thanks, appreciate the help,

Hover your mouse over the icons and you'll see what that icon will do.
