Neither found in Scott or found with search engine ... second maybe Jugoslavia?

Yugoslavia, issues for Croatia, 1919, Scott YU 2LP2 and 2L26.

Try sharp scans or at least sharp pictures when using a search engine. Using and posting such blurry pictures does not really indicate you are putting much effort in finding the stamps.

Without knowing anything about them, it took me about four minutes to find them.
