Sorry about that. The link is supposed to bring you to Harmer sale 3003, lots 1896 through 1901, which are PSE graded UN New York stamps. All but one did not sell.

I knew about Canada but other than the Harmer lots I cannot recall seeing any of the other Countries graded. How did they end up grading Thailand in particular?
