Some Advices For These Stamps Please, The Best Thing To Do?

I have these lots which have been purchased over ten years ago, it is simply not my effort to build up, I had paid for them and I have just got some time to look into it,

These stamps had been locked into the cabinet until recently, since I get good opinions on this platform, I would like to have some of your opinions,

The question is; should I remove paper bits from stamps, if I should do so, what is the best way to do it?... Also is it possible to find something interesting within this lot, if it is possible, again what should I look for?...

IMO the philatelic marketplace is very dynamic. And something which may have seemed
attractive or financially viable yesterday may no longer prove so today.

Based on the photos you posted it appears you have a large stock of on-paper common or low value stamps. As someone on the "back nine" of collecting, I no longer purchase on-paper lots chiefly because of the ready availability of better quality "off paper" material.

You can always try selling such material via ebay. But I would expect the financial return will be very modest.

Or you could actually paw through these piles so as to identify items for your own collection .

You are not the only one with boxes and bags of this. I have had stuff like this socked away for years at a time, as most collectors I would say. It looks like you may have a pair and a third magenta 6d Machin on that one piece there...

There are a number of threads here on soaking stamps. Soaking allows the stamp to separate from the paper. Some people enjoy the process, others may find it tedious. Type "soaking" in the search box and you will find plenty of advice on how to do it and what you should avoid.

Pick out the stamps you need to mount in your albums,
leave the rest.
Soaking all stamps is a waste of your time, and may possibly damage the stamps, and waste good or valuable postmarks.

I generally sort them by country and then pick out the few(bunch) that I want to keep.
Those I soak and put in albums.
The leftovers I make into geographic lots (by country or region).
Sell those on ebay or trade with others.

I've given quite a few away to Children/teens and even some adults to try and get them interested in stamp collecting. Some were family friends, others were children at a "guest lecture" for children at the local library. Lots of old stamps from different countries but minimal value.
