Collecting for the enjoyment of collecting, whatever that might be, is the name of the game. Don't hesitate to ask questions especially if you need basic information and especially more advanced sources of information for any possible topic. Welcome to the forum. There is a wealth of information here. Tell us, if you are so inclined, a little more about your collecting history and specific interests in US ( mint, used, classic, modern etc) do you collect anything other than stamps?
Have collected off and on since grade school many, many moons ago. Concentrated on US and decided for financial reasons to collect Mint after Scott 199 and Used prior to that. Have recently being acquiring Proofs, not sure how far I'll go with that. Have also picked up quite a few stampless from Pa., MD, VA, and DC and a scattering of stampless covers from the various territories. (Have an interest in History)
