Thx
So the ink spot s are called perfins?
Can you see the 7 on the left hand side of the ink spots on the left- when the stamp is turned upside down?

Sorry cannot see any numeral, as far as I know, they line up
around the line of Her Majesty's nose.
There are cancelation marks in that position.

In the right hand mandrel, I think I can see the end of a "4"
but these things can make fools of us all.

The PERFIN (PERF forated IN itials ) are holes.

Interesting Postmark Barred N? over 13 ?
Anybody?

Of course

Thanks NSK
The Phil Database only lists one "NW" NW6 which is V Rare (3)

I'll have to dig out my Catalogue on the London Pmks

Earlier Hammmer (assumed) from this one ( ebay)
Pshann's is a 3-2-2-1-2-2-3 Format

Plate 107 for example
The middle number lines up with Her Maj's Nostrils.
Numbers always face inwards

If you rotate the picture I sent - anticlockwise - you should see the 7

I think we all see the "7" you reference. It is an illusion. It is not a plate number or anything else of note. As has been said, you need good quality scans in order to get good help for plate numbers and other answers to questions. What we are seeing here is worse than what you have access to seeing because you have the actual stamp in hand. Make sense?

That two is certainly correct, that zero could be correct.
You do see something like a 5 in the black of the cancellation at the bottom of the image. 205 is a good candidate, but I would not completely rule out 206.
