Your 1861 One cent blue is a nice shade, but it is not a Scott 63b dark blue. This will take you to a Philatelic Foundation certified Scott 63b on cover. It is much darker than your stamp:
It must be a monitor thing when I put my stamp next to the one in your link mine is actually a bit darker. I've compared it to the 15 or so 63's I have here and it's very dark compared to them.
