Hi I am new her my mother was collecting stamps when she was little and I still hace her book it has about 400-400 stamps over the world so I was hoping that at least one worth something at least 50$ So any help would be appreciated
The ones that are from areas I collect or have some idea about (Netherlands, Great Britain, Spain) are very common stamps, primarily from the 1960s and 1970s. I am afraid you are not going to find any monetary value there. You would be talking cents, not even dollars for all the Dutch, British and Spanish stamps together. I note some Belgian, German, Austrian and Italian stamps, that I think are also very common stamps.
While the collection does make for a nice walk through late Cold War history, I don't see anything worth money. The Czechoslovak pages (near and dear to my heart), Tito, Honecker, Egypt... not worth anything. Even the purple Libya sheetlet is only a few cents.
This is all worth much more as a nice way to remember your mother, honestly.
