Thursday 4/29/10 Set up will start about 4PM or whenever the first person arrives. Finish that evening when the last person leaves.

Friday 4/30 Complimentary breakfast for those staying at the hotel. Start whenever the first person wants-------end when the last person leaves.

Saturday 5/1 Complimentary breakfast for those staying at the hotel. We have the room until 3PM---so finish when the last person leaves.

This is the limited info I have seen about the meeting. They are very loose and informal gatherings held semi-annually in rotating venues. I attended one a year ago that was held in Springfield IL and filled in a ton of spaces for my Route 66 collection.
