What is the perforation gauge saying? Does it have a watermark?

Can't tell from this scan. The broken two narrows it some (it can't be type VI or type VII), but without a clear scan of the toga button and the nose it's impossible to say.

Appears to be either 526 or 527--image isn't sharp enough to be sure, though I'm leaning more to 526.

Thanks for the help and feedbacks. I also think it's probably 526 or 527. But rather 526.
I just found it on ebay today. It occurred to me. Because it has a (12/14/2020) PSE cert as 528b Type VII. Cert No.:1386498
I don't think it's a type VII. Were they wrong?
