Perhaps it's best to begin by stating that I prefer animals to people.
I love spoiling our two rescue dogs, Moose & Lola.
I
inherited a stamp collection from my uncle, but after divorcing my first husband, it was stuck in storage limbo for about 10 years, I've just recently got it back from the depths of the pack rat mess that belonged to my dad.
It's a small collection, about 1,200 stamps from various countries, some mint, some nowhere near suitable to be used even as kitty litter. I'm not concerned with value, my uncle was awesome, so I've decided to keep the collection, and grow it. Stamps are an amazing learning resource, and there are so many gorgeous ones to amass!
I also collect miniatures, stuffed animals, gems/crystals, assorted oddities that strike my fancy, unique beads, and vintage jewelry items. (I make, and sell jewelry, so the latter two collections arose from that.)
