When I put those pages together I was pretty much just working off Scott, though I believe I Y&T already as a second reference. Looking at the page I think I could fit the other variety in the middle without encroaching on the side borders. I do have some stamp atlases, and one or more could easily be by John Flowers... I believe I appropriated the image from the title page off the internet and that might have been the primary source. These are actually 'tweaked' Steiner pages...
