Left hand stamp
The four characters mean
"Thrift-National reconstruction savings"

Dr. Sun Yat Sen Scott type A62
These "Type A62" appear to me, to be used for savings stamp Opts.

Guess
The right hand stamp may be also a savings Opt

Eight character Overprints ..........
CT Central Trust (Black Opt) Anhwei PS 117-18
CT (on $1) black Opt Chekiang PS133-36

Needs confirmation from a specialist

My acknowledgement "Canada Stamper"

I have the very same stamp in my collection (as "unknown")

As soon as I get a confirmation, I'll post (if ever)
