It isn't like it doesn't exist. I saw a draft copy of what we would all know as the "TG" section, and as I understand, all of the other sections exist as well.
I believe there is a mostly complete draft catalog in existence.
I received a draft copy of one of the smaller section a few years ago, so as Kent says, it *does* exist, but I have no idea how close it is to actual publication. I had greater confidence that it was coming about 7-8 years ago, now not so much.
